World Wildlife Fund (WWF), one of the world’s leading conservation organizations, seeks a Donor Communications Project Management Specialist.
Major Function
The Donor Communications and Stewardship (DCS) team helps cultivate, solicit and steward WWF's prospects and donors. This includes developing communications and stewardship strategy by audience, creating promotional/informational materials, and producing concepts, proposals for high-end prospects and stewardship reports for individual donors. The Donor Communications Project Management Specialist position performs a variety of complex project management duties, while managing a small portfolio of donor communications and stewardship projects. The specialist plays a critical role in managing the workflows of all donor communications and stewardship projects, from initiation to close, liaising with communications teams across WWF, and ensuring work is completed thoughtfully, thoroughly, efficiently, and to the satisfaction of both internal and external stakeholders. The position will be a key contributor to a dynamic and creative donor communications and stewardship team at WWF.
