World Wildlife Fund (WWF), one of the world’s leading conservation organizations, seeks a Senior Director, Data and Artificial Intelligence.
Major Function
The Senior Director of Data and AI is responsible for an enterprise program comprising operational, conservation, and spatial data. This individual will lead the strategy, governance, technical implementation and support, as well as adoption and change management initiatives. They will collaborate with stakeholders on data, analytics, AI, and content management initiatives to deliver innovative and secure solutions that align with our organizational values and objectives. This portfolio primarily utilizes primarily Microsoft technologies (Azure Data and AI Services, 365, Power Platform) to drive digital transformation.
Salary: The expected compensation range for this position is $171,100 - $245,900.

Must be able to demonstrated proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and Power BI for interactive dashboard creation and visualization.
Proven track record in data strategy, including hands-on experience with data governance frameworks and data architecture design, ensuring data integrity, scalability, and alignment with organizational goals.
Strong background in internal process improvement and change management, with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, streamline workflows, and implement scalable solutions.
Experience in external stakeholder consulting, including the ability to communicate complex data strategies to non-technical audiences, align deliverables with client goals, and build lasting partnerships.
