Overview

World Wildlife Fund (WWF), one of the world’s leading conservation organizations, seeks a Associate Specialist, Face to Face Fundraising. 

 

The Associate Specialist, Face-to-Face Fundraising is a key member of World Wildlife Fund’s Marketing team. On a daily basis, they are responsible for driving donation revenue via Face-to-Face fundraising to help WWF fulfill its mission. The Associate Specialist’s work will focus on the management, analysis, retention, and future expansion of WWF’s Face-to-Face program in the US.

 


Salary Range: $54,100- $67,700

Responsibilities

Assists with the management of WWF’s Face-to-Face fundraising program. Oversees daily operations by working directly with vendors and internal teams to maximize donors and total revenue. Helps monitor results and performance. Prepares strategic analysis of campaign activities to share with team. Implements tracking mechanisms and works with analytics tools and internal resources to ensure proper reporting and enhancements. Collaborates across teams to test new strategies for donor acquisition and retention. Produces and tracks select creative elements needed for the program’s success including printed collateral, donor incentives, and scripting for use by vendors. Regularly tests and innovates on any new creative elements. Regularly analyzes Face-to-Face industry trends and best practices and shares insights internally to increase overall performance. Pitches and contributes to the execution of innovative ideas that WWF can implement for Face-to-Face fundraising across marketing channels. Performs other duties as assigned.

  • This perosn will need to be able to demonstrate the ability to work in a team environment as well as independently, while being creative and self -motivated. Taking the initiative to think outside the box.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
  • At least two years of marketing, sales, or communications experience required.
  • Knowledge of Face-to-Face, canvassing, or direct sales marketing preferred.
  • Strong presentation and verbal communication skills required.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and data analysis skills are required.
  • Must have the ability and interest to travel within the US as needed. (Approximately 1-2 times/quarter.)

  • Must have the ability and interest in learning new skills and tools in the marketing field.
